It would be very hard to say, since ‘GPS Mishap’ is not noted on the accident report, or even whether or not the person was using a GPS.

Also, include the really stupid who drive somewhere that is obviously wrong because the GPS says to do so. Like the person who ignored the signs saying that a bridge was no longer usable and drove into the water.
