@humbert0acevedo Yes but u need the tom tom car kit with its built in gps receiver, ios4 and its just best on 3gs and iphone 4 the ipod its not recommended sorry

@yqjpjcw a dude from here told me it doesnt need an internet connection but I have to download the app and see for myself, if u don’t have jailbroken iphone then I don’t recommend it since this app is $90 on appstore and $50 for USA only which I think its insane

Get Navigon unless you have an external gps/car kit. Navigon calculates the gps latency since the iphone has a poor gps chip in it, while TomTom does not. This causes TomTom to be about 5-6 seconds behind your actual location and speed, often resulting in unusable navigation.
If you do grab a TomTom car kit, the software is spot on

it works in airport mode so it works whether 3g or not and NO you do not have to have internet connection. It’s satellite. No one really rides around with internet in their car…lol
